AL ASAD Equipment Rental & Recycle Trading L.L.C-FZ is a UAE-based heavy equipment and machinery rental company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, with its operational yard located in Al Sajaa Industrial Suburb, Sharjah.

Established in 2000 by Mr. Thomas George, AL ASAD began its operations in the heavy equipment and machinery rental sector, providing dependable equipment solutions for construction, infrastructure and industrial projects.

With more than two decades of practical industry experience, our Plant & Equipment Division provides heavy machinery and equipment for construction, infrastructure, demolition, dismantling and site-clearance projects across all seven Emirates.

We maintain a company-owned fleet of heavy machinery and equipment, giving us direct control over equipment availability, condition, maintenance and operational readiness. Our fleet includes excavators, wheel loaders, mobile cranes, dozers, backhoes, forklifts, tippers and access equipment, available on daily, monthly and long-term rental contracts.

Our equipment is supplied with UAE-licensed, company-employed operators, who are briefed on project requirements and applicable safety procedures before commencing work. Every machine is regularly maintained and inspected by our in-house mechanic team to ensure reliability, safety and operational readiness.

For demolition, dismantling and site-clearance projects, we provide the required heavy equipment and operators to support breaking, dismantling, loading and removal activities, based on the specific requirements of each project.
